We recently had the pleasure of Susie looking after our older rescue cat while we were away. Having tried a local cattery a couple of times, it was okay but I didn’t love it and wanted to try keeping her at home where she has way more space and much less stress. Susie did a brilliant job and the photos and videos clearly showed the cat happy and being well looked after. I was able to enjoy my holiday so much more. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

I’m so relieved to have found Cat Butler! I was really nervous about leaving my cat while I was away for a few days at Christmas, but Susie immediately put my mind at ease with her knowledge of cats, friendliness and professionalism.
My cat is quite shy but she managed to win him over by the end of her visits, and I’ve come home to a happy kitty and a tidy home. Susie was very communicative and sent me videos of her visits and let me know that he was okay. She even brought him a little gift and card from Santa Paws! Thank you so much Susie! I cannot recommend Cat Butler more highly!

I’m so pleased that I found out about the Cat Butler Oxford who I’ve made 3 bookings with now. Mark and Fernie have taken such good care of my senior cat, spending a good amount of time ensuring she eats her food and that’s she’s okay. Due to my cat’s age I don’t like to leave her for a day without being checked on. Mark and Fernie go the extra mile to ensure that I know she’s okay by sending me lots of video and photo updates.
They are also very considerate and conscientious - they take their shoes off at the front door, close windows if I’ve accidentally left them open, pick up items such as batteries or chocolate which might be harmful to the cat etc. Highly recommend - they clearly really love cats and care deeply about them
