My cat and I recently moved to Oxford, and after two years with our previous sitter, who my cat really liked, I was nervous about finding someone new to look after her while I'm away. I'm so glad to have found the Cat Butler - Susie has been great. I receive daily videos and updates on her visits, and I could tell from the videos that my cat was comfortable with her, and enjoying lots of attention.
It's really reassuring to know that my cat is being taken good care of while I'm away, and I will definitely continue to book with the Cat Butler in the future! (The booking process was also very friendly and straightforward.)

I’m so pleased that I found out about the Cat Butler Oxford who I’ve made 3 bookings with now. Mark and Fernie have taken such good care of my senior cat, spending a good amount of time ensuring she eats her food and that’s she’s okay. Due to my cat’s age I don’t like to leave her for a day without being checked on. Mark and Fernie go the extra mile to ensure that I know she’s okay by sending me lots of video and photo updates.
They are also very considerate and conscientious - they take their shoes off at the front door, close windows if I’ve accidentally left them open, pick up items such as batteries or chocolate which might be harmful to the cat etc. Highly recommend - they clearly really love cats and care deeply about them.

Our first time using The Cat Butler (Oxford) aka Mark & Fernie. Wow - just fantastic. Tommy (our former stray cat) has his moments and we were unsure how he’d be on his own. Worries alleviated. Mark & Fernie sent us daily videos on how relaxed and happy he was. He enjoyed their company so much he was typically waiting by the front door ahead of each visit. Mark was absolutely brilliant, and we are definitely planning on using him again! His daily video messages were great and really put my mind at ease about leaving our kitties alone for the first time! He was so attentive to their needs, but we also loved that he was able to do the watering in the garden as well! It was so great to be able to leave the kitties in their own environment whilst also having someone to look after them with their needs being the main focus!
