The Cat Butler went above and beyond to look after my anxious cat and handled all medication without any issues. The boiler even broke in freezing conditions and they went above and beyond (literally coming by as an emergency) to make sure she was warm enough. Jane is an amazing cat sitter. I would definitely recommend Jane to anyone (within the area). We have used Jane's cat sitting services on a number of occasions now. I can not fault the ease of booking via the portal. Jane takes extra time to look after our cats. We have two cats with two very different personalities. She will ensure to spend time with both of the girls and make sure both of the girls have some play time even when one is feeling a little bit more shy.

Jane will keep you updated throughout your time away by sending videos and messages updates and she keeps the cat's comfort and welfare as number one. I will continue to use Jane whenever we need the cats looking after, I would not choose anyone else. Thanks Jane for being brilliant with our cats and providing an excellent, professional and caring service. Look forward to using the Cat Butler again in the future.

Three cats - one full of anxiety and Jane had them wrapped around and comfortable in absolutely no time at all! Jane is cat magic!! The love and kindness she has to give to both the cats and our home and hearth just comes through and I am so so so so grateful for it. We moved here a year and a half ago and have been sceptical about taking holidays due to little Miss Anxious Kitty - but with Jane, here’s to more holidays and being stress-free on them!
