Our cat is cared for brilliantly, and our home is carefully looked after. Nadia is completely trustworthy, super responsive and always goes above and beyond to ensure our cat receives the best care. The Cat Butler has huge advantages over any cat hotel, not least the fact your cat can remain in their home environment and get to know and trust a single cat sitter dedicated to their care. We have used The Cat Butler for a few years now for our two cats - they are highly, highly recommended. It is so much better for the cats to be living at home than at a cattery while we are away, and they get some attention twice a day; plus, The Cat Butler will open and close curtains, put the bins out etc., to make your home look lived in. The cost is similar to a cattery stay for our two cats, so it is a no-brainer. They also send you photos and videos regularly. They even had to take one of the cats to the vet, no problem. Gregory was the best pet sitter we've ever had! I would definitely request The Cat Butler services again as he took such good care of our ragdoll cat, checking in on him twice a day while we were away and sending us video updates each time. Gregory fed, cleaned and most importantly, spent time with Muffin making sure he got some affection and playtime each day. He's very trustworthy, friendly and knowledgeable about cats, and we looked forward to his video updates each day as we could see he genuinely enjoyed seeing Muffin! We have an adopted housecat, so we were really keen to find a cat sitter we could trust. I'm so pleased we found The Cat Butler. We feel totally at ease leaving our cat to be looked after by Bev. She has always looked after our cat, so he now knows her, which is lovely. As well as feeding, she gives him lots of fuss and playtime, and it's clear from the photos/videos she sends us that he's always very happy to see her. We really appreciate the updates too! We have used The Cat Butler several times and will continue to do so. Having looked at some fairly depressing “cat hotels,” we decided that it would be kinder to let our cat staycation at home. We get regular daily updates, pictures and videos and feel assured our cat is in safe hands. Cost-wise, a cat hotel is similar (cheaper in some circumstances), but knowing our cat is at home and on familiar grounds works much better. Our cat seems happy with that arrangement too!

This was the first time Lucy took care of Satine, and she did a great job! Lucy came to our house a couple of weeks beforehand to meet Satine first and go through her routine. Satine is a senior little lady who is almost 17, so she requires medication twice daily. You can tell Lucy loves cats just as much as us, so we knew Satine would be in good hands and giving her medicine was not a problem for Lucy. Lucy sent us updates and photos throughout our holiday, so we felt like we could enjoy our holiday knowing our little fur bear was in good hands! Natalie looked after Amber whilst we were on our holiday and she was amazing. Amber was very pampered and I felt very happy with the care Natalie gave her. Natalie also looked after our house for us and did all sorts of extras like putting out the bins and watering the plants etc. It's all much appreciated knowing that both Amber and my home were in such safe hands. Mel was great and Biggy was very happy and relaxed when we arrived home, so she certainly enjoyed having Mel looking after her. Wonderful Cat Butler service by Kaye. She communicated daily to let us know how things were with our three cats, which meant we could relax while away, knowing they were in good hands and getting loads of cuddles and attention.
