Angel - Owner of Jimmy

Julie and Jane are Wonderful cat sitters!!! They were so patient and caring to my cat Jimmy, which is a super scaredy cat and does not like strangers. Their passion and love eventually made Jimmy enjoying their company with lots of purring and meowing.

I did not have to worry when i was away because they sent me lots of updates with photos and videos, showing they had lots of fun. Jimmy is so lucky to have such a great experience with his new purfect friends. I will 100% ask for their help when going away in the future. Highly recommend The Cat Butler to all of you.

Cannot speak highly enough of Julie who cared for my two cats for five days in December. From start to finish her service was impeccable. Julie was efficient, caring, kind, friendly and humorous and also very knowledgeable. The daily photos and videos were most welcome and put my mind immediately at rest, it was nice to see a firm bond had been established! But best of all I returned home to two happy, well-fed and cared-for cats: who could wish for more than that?

I would fully recommend using The Cat Butler to look after your cats. The care my two cats receive whilst I am away is impeccable and they are always very happy when I return! Julie, our Cat Butler, is friendly and professional and clearly loves cats as much as I do! Our home is always spotless when we return and we receive regular updates and photos of our cats whilst we are away. Booking and payment is easy using the portal and I am always able to contact Julie if I have any queries. I wouldn’t use anyone else to care for our cats. Thank you for such a brilliant service!

My cat Magnus hadn't enjoyed cattery boarding so I wanted to keep him at home when I went away for a week. Jane from Chichester Cat Butler was excellent. She kept me up to date with reports, photos and videos every day, and Magnus was so relaxed when I came back compared to previous cattery experiences. I'm delighted to have found this service and it will be my first choice when I go away from now on!

Highly recommend the Cat Butlers!  Julie and Jane have looked after our little kitten on various days we've needed. We’ve used them for one day visits and more recently a 3-day visit whilst we've been on holiday. Professional and patient with our cheeky and hyper boy. We cannot thank Julie and Keith enough for their help whilst we were on holiday! It was the first time leaving our two cats for a week, they have both been to a cattery before whilst we've been away but they also struggle with car journeys. We thought we would try The Cat Butler this time, and it was the best decision we've made!

We loved getting little updates, photos and videos each visit, and from everything sent, we knew that they were so happy to be home and were their normal selves. When we returned, the house was left tidy and two very happy friends were waiting at the door. We will 100% be using The Cat Butler again and would recommend them to anyone.
