Rachel is absolutely incredible! We got married this weekend and Rachel looked after our babies. They’ve had a cat sitter before but Rachel came to meet them prior to looking after them.

She sent me pictures and videos every time she popped in for peace of mind (as they can both be very shy) but by the end of the weekend they both came out of their shell as Rachel took the time to sit with them to make them comfortable with a stranger in the house. I used Rachel's services earlier this month for my 23 year old cat Polly. Rachel was excellent, sending photos and videos several times a day and was great at getting Polly to take her thyroid medication.

As well as peace of mind knowing Polly was being well cared for, I was also kept informed that my house was safe and secure. The litter tray was kept really clean, and Rachel even vacuumed up the litter that Polly loves to kick around the house!

I returned home to the house exactly as I had left it, and Polly was very chilled out and hardly batted an eyelid when she saw me!

Rachel has been absolutely fantastic in taking care of our beloved girl (Minnie) while we were away. She is extremely thorough and very well organised. During her initial visit she had taken copious amounts of details about Minnie, her habits, what's she likes to eat, how she likes to interact with us and her favourite toys. Her updates were very detailed too with a lot of pictures and videos.

I cannot recommend her enough - she is very caring, professional and attentive. She definitely loves taking care of cats and although Minnie can be reluctant with strangers, Rachel took her time, gave her enough space and managed to befriend her in no time!

Rachel has become our go to person and we have already arranged for her to take care of Minnie again within a couple of weeks time!
