We are so, so happy to have our Cat Butler, Jane, along with Sam and Andy looking after our two cats. They really go above and beyond to respect our cats' care plans, and give them the extra fuss and love they deserve. Our cats love Jane and look forward to her visits! She always ensures that they're left settled, and have had a little playtime. 11/10 would recommend to any cat owners wanting a holiday.

The Cat Butler Thame always provides a wonderful service for our cats. After the loss of our previous cat there is nobody we would trust more with our new kittens. Sam, Andy and Jane are communicative and send daily updates including photos. We always return home to two happy cats.

Recently used The Cat Butler to visit and feed my cat whilst away for a few days. Very happy with service received. I met Carley a few days before my trip so she could meet my lovely Cat and go through his routine and what food to give him. Felt very reassured that he would be in good hands. Whilst away I received messages and photos of my cat which was great. Carley opened and closed curtains and brought parcels inside too which in itself was a relief to know that someone was checking the house for me.
I highly recommend The Cat Butler as an excellent alternative to Cat boarding and will use them again in the future. Thank you from me and Archie x

Andy from The Cat Butler in Thame came to look after Ruby Tuesday, my elderly (but very lively) cat for a week. From the first meeting we all got along so well, I felt Ruby was completely safe and would be very happy while I was away.
Andy kept in touch on every visit and the pictures showed that Ruby was having a lovely time. She ate well and was always happy to see him, and accompanied him on his house check, clearly enjoying all the attention. Now she demands rather better service from me now that I’m back- a lifestyle to which she has become accustomed! Thank you Cat Butler - we’ll be back soon.
