We hired Georgie to look after our 3 cats whilst we were away for 12 days over Christmas and New Year. It was the longest we had been away from them so we wanted to make sure they were in safe hands.
We had received a circular for The Cat Butler in the past, and on research we saw that they have lots of safeguards in place to protect us, our cats and the business itself, and after speaking to Georgie on the phone and in person we felt very happy leaving our kitties to her care.
The day before we went away one of our cats got an infected wound and had to be on antibiotics and anti inflammatories, but felt so comforted knowing that Georgie would be able to give him his medicine and monitor his healing. We loved our daily videos and pictures, it was so clear that our cats enjoyed her company and we were impressed with how much they played with her.
When we arrived home our cats were so happy and settled, and we knew we had made the right decision by them. 100% recommend Georgie’s services, your cats will love her!

Georgie has been very caring to our cat over the last few months when we've been away. It has been reassuring to know our cat is looked after very well. However, also there have been parcels taken in, bins, milk when I mistakenly cancelled the wrong date etc. Lovely pictures and videos update us each time she is visited. I completely recommend this service.

I was worried about leaving my cat Coco. She's an older lady at 13 and I've only had her 4 months since her previous owner passed away. But I needn't of worried because Georgie was fantastic and I don't think Coco missed me at all.

Before using this service, I was rather unsure of it. The primary fears being letting a stranger into my home and leaving them with the responsibility of keeping my cat happy and alive. During the free get-to-know session, Georgie's warm demeanor and confident handling of Biscuit (cat) immediately dropped any fears I had.
Then, when we were away (10 days), we received 2 messages a day filled with pictures and videos of Biscuit being fed, played with, cuddled, groomed and just generally taken care of. Georgie promptly answered any questions we sent and made this the least stressful experience we've ever had with having the cat taken care of during a trip.
When we arrived home, Biscuit was happy and it was like we hadn't been anywhere, the house was clean, and his litter tray had been emptied. We will absolutely be using The Cat Butler Biggleswade again, massive thanks to Georgie.
