Suzanne looked after my 2 cats for 2 weeks whilst I was on holiday in August. She sent photos and videos from every visit (morning & evening ) and I really appreciated knowing that my cats were being well looked after & seeing what they were up to. She also watered plants , dealt with dustbins and generally took care of things as well as spending time with the cats and grooming them. Suzanne also followed my instructions regarding the house and it’s security which gave me peace of mind whilst away. I will definitely be using her services again and would thoroughly recommend her.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of our two cats, Rusty and Richard, while we were away last week. Suzanne from The Cat Butler Greenwich was fabulous, visiting regularly, gentle and attentive, keeping us updated with videos and photos. We returned to find two very contented cats, as well as well watered plants. Highly recommended.

Suzanne, of The Cat Butler, is a conscientious, caring and trustworthy cat sitter who I used for the first time recently and couldn't have been happier. Not only did she do the things that's required of a cat sitter - like feed the cat and deal with the litter tray - she also made sure my house was kept clean, tidy and secure and provided daily videos of what she was doing.
I could see from the videos that my cat - who's not the most affectionate feline in the world - had warmed to her and was even enjoying being groomed by her - something that's not always the case with me! The upshot of this is that, thanks to Suzanne, I was given peace of mind whilst I was away, which is the most important thing you can give a cat owner when separated from their pet.

The Cat Butler Greenwich did a fantastic job looking after our cat while we were away recently. The communication prior to the first visit and the regular updates while we’re were away were all great. Suzanne took the time to get to know and understand our young cat, who is incredibly shy/timid, and, somewhat miraculously, she managed to win him over by the time we returned. We will definitely be booking Suzanne again and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.
