What can I say, they looked after our 3 boys like they were their own, from a pre-holiday visit, thorough online portal to give notes on all habits / routines you can think of, and emergency contacts / details of the home. We got daily morning and evening updates and photos to show how the cats were, and they watered our patio plants, closed the blinds, cleaned up after the cats each day if needed, and even hoovered before we came back from holiday! We will definitely be using them again and have already booked Julie and Keith for our next trip in a few days.

I would 100% recommend. Julie is so lovely and goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease when leaving your babies in her care. I went abroad for 2 weeks recently, was absolutely terrified about leaving my beloved ragdoll boys, but Julie sent me daily updates and videos. I came home to a very tidy and clean flat and two happy and well groomed boys, all thanks to Julie. Forget catteries, Julie is fantastic and I will definitely use The Cat butler services again without hesitation. Thank you Julie!

This is the first time we have used Julie and The Cat Butler. Julie visited the property twice to meet my 2 moggies and the house. We needed someone we could trust but we need not have worried. Julie and Keith were great. One visit a day, they totally looked after Poppy & Misty. I was sent pictures and videos regularly which was reassuring. They did a great job and I would totally recommend.

Julie was brilliant. She did everything we asked for the cats plus extra! We came home to happy cats and the house was exactly how we left it. The litter tray was clearly done properly whilst we were away, which is something we have had problems with, with other sitters. Julie also sent us updates every day and the cats clearly loved her. Would highly recommend. Very reasonable cost for a great sitter.

She is very caring and my cat definitely has a soft spot for her, so I know he is happy and well cared for when I am away. Our cats loved Julie instantly. She sent us photos and updates while we were away which we enjoyed reading and when we got home the cats were happy and well-fed (I know this because they didn’t nag me to feed them as soon as I arrived!). It was good that Julie stayed to play with them too.
