Jane was fantastic, the process of booking and making sure our requirements were understood was so easy. She kept in contact throughout the booking process and up to our holiday dates and we had a really good chat to confirm things when we handed keys over. While we were away the daily updates, pictures and videos gave us peace of mind that everything was OK. Would thoroughly recommend Jane, were so pleased we booked this service rather than using a cattery as it saved a lot of stress for the cats.

Jane provided excellent care for our cats. She kept us fully informed and was very professional at all times, sending pictures and videos for reassurance when things hadn’t quite gone to plan!! She even watered our plants. She made the effort to meet the cats and get to know them and their needs before we went away. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She returned the keys and to check that all was well on our return. I would highly recommend Jane and the Cat Butler service.
