What a pleasure to have Alex look after our fluff balls while we were away! I cannot fault the level of service we received (and the cats received)! Alex’s communication was brilliant - aside from messages every time she visited the house, we had photos and videos too.
She let us know how the cats were when she arrived, if they ate well and stayed to fuss them too. She also kept their water fresh every visit and cleaned their food bowls before each meal - which I don’t even do! I felt so reassured knowing that absolutely everything was just easily taken care of by her.
An amazing personal service from lovely Alex and we have already booked her in for our next few times away.

Alex took excellent care of our two boys during our trip away. They are a little older now and going to the cattery was stressful for them and us, so finding Alex to visit at home is amazing. Upon return the two trouble makers are relaxed, happy and calm and I don't think they even noticed that we have been away. Alex was attentive and caring which is all we can ask for while we are away. We already have another booking.

First class service from Alex at The Cat Butler. I couldn't be happier with the care Willow received while I was on holiday. Alex went above and beyond to make sure Willow's every need was catered for- from play time, cuddles and grooming to keeping the litter tray spotless. I received daily video and photo updates, which really put my mind at ease. Alex also provided further services, including watering the plants and putting the bins out. Willow is usually shy around new people but took to Alex straightaway. Says it all! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alex to my friends and family.
