Kirstie was very kind to squeeze in our last-minute request. We're very happy with her service. She'd never missed a day of communication/update on how our cat doing during the 2 weeks of her visit. We're very impressed how much she cares about what she does and our furry son seemed very happy with her. We are very thankful for her taking ownership by managing the mess in the house caused by our little rascal :) Will definitely use her service again. Highly recommended

Kirstie took such great care of our two cats for us, we were so happy with her service and would definitely recommend and use her again. We felt really comfortable with Kirstie; she provided regular updates on how the cats were getting on and kept an eye on the house for us too. Our cats are rescues and I was a bit worried about leaving them, one is very timid and the other likes lots of attention - Kirstie took time to find out about them and spent time with them each day, they were really happy when we got home!

Kirstie was an absolute superstar. She looked after our Monty with care and professionality. We cannot recommend her enough: anytime we need a 'Cat Butler' (don't like the name 'sitter' because she spoiled Monty rotten, from food, to extra cuddles), we make sure to call Kirstie back. Whatsapp updates each and every visit - we booked AM visits - and we can see his lovely face daily, as well as how much he ate between visits - photos below. I really recommend Kirstie, The Cat Butler. I've never left my cat in the care of a visiting sitter before, so was anxious about going away for the weekend. But Kirstie was absolutely brilliant: 100% clear in advance about what she would do, and the information she needed from me; and 100% reliable in doing it. She sent me updates after every visit, which was brilliant for my peace of mind. And most importantly of all, it was obvious from when she first met my cat, and the videos of her visits when I wasn't there, that Kirstie genuinely likes and cares about cats. My cat is entirely happy after my weekend away - and so am I! I'll definitely be asking to use Kirstie's services again: there are very few people that I trust the care of my cat to, and she's now one of them.

Kirstie at The Cat Butler Brighton was such a good find and my cat Missy is so happy that my usual cattery was unavailable as the in-home service was so much more personal. From the initial get-to-know-you meeting, where I was reassured by Kirstie's immediate bonding to my sensitive rescue cat, to the daily WhatsApp video and photo updates, I was confident Missy was in the best hands while I was away for a week. Kirstie even watered the plants and emptied the trash. Highly recommend!

A timid cat, Donna warmed to Kirstie quickly and this is due to Kirstie’s warmth and affection. We received daily updates of Donna getting petted and these messages gave us joy not to mention peace of mind that Donna truly was in safe hands.
