The Cat Butler team of Julie and Jane are simply outstanding. I was really anxious about finding the right care for my elderly cat Parsley when I moved to the area – he’s 19 years old and needs regular medications, including subcutaneous fluid injections.

From the start, they were incredibly kind and reassuring. Julie rang me personally after I contacted them and offered to learn how to administer the fluids. Both she and Jane have patiently persevered, and now they are confidently giving him all his meds – including the injections – with care and calmness.

It’s clear they spend time making sure he’s comfortable and content, and I know he’s in excellent hands whenever I have to go away. Thanks to them, I can now leave him for a night without worry, which is a huge relief.

I also receive lovely videos and pictures of Parsley so I know he is doing okay, and this stops me worrying about him. On top of their professionalism and dedication, they are just genuinely lovely people. If you're looking for truly safe, compassionate, and knowledgeable cat care, look no further than Julie and Jane. They are exceptional.

This was the first time Julie looked after my cat while I was away for three + two half days. Apart from the usual feeding & clearing up chores, it was a pleasant surprise to receive from Julie a video of Twitch each evening, with soothing music in the background to reassure me that all was well.  Julie also went to a lot of trouble writing a daily report and it was comforting for me to read what Twitch had been up to and when the sun did finally come out they were even able to go for a walk together!  It was wonderful to come home to a clean & tidy kitchen and I will not hesitate to use Julie again.

We had brilliant service from The Cat Butler. Our kitten Gus was clearly very well looked after whilst we were away, and they really made us feel at ease before leaving him for the first time. We were sent lots of updates and pictures of Gus which was lovely. The online portal is great too and very easy to book services.

What can I say except Julie is a complete find.  Part of me wants to keep her services secret as I fear cat lovers will flock en masse.  Belle was beautifully taken care of, entertained, fed, and cuddled but more importantly, understood.  Julie sent daily updates and pictures that were informative, intelligent and superbly humorous.   She is both Cat Butler and Cat Lover.

Julie is absolutely wonderful, she is very easy to communicate with and always responds promptly. Before signing up for a formal sitting engagement she came to visit Coco and see the house and came prepared with her DBS and insurance documentation. She's kind and accommodating and both times has taken excellent care of Coco and our house whilst we have been away. She sends regular photo and video updates which we love - she really goes above and beyond to make sure the cats she is caring for are happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone. Since she's a rescue,  I was sceptical about leaving Coco with anyone and Julie has put my fears at ease right away and I haven't looked back since!

The Cat Butler Chichester offers a fantastic, professional cat-minding service. They have looked after my two very nervous cats for a week while I have been away visiting family. Julie was really lovely, we had a meeting with her beforehand so we (and our cat!) could get to know her a bit, and The Cat Butler has a very useful online portal that you can update with allof the info you could possibly want them to know.

While we were away, we got regular updates as to how our cat was getting on, and she took care of everything perfectly (or should I say PURRfectly!)

Our wheely bins had been done on the requested days, our post was all neatly stacked, and our cat (although pleased to see us) seemed to have enjoyed her company - which is obviously the most important thing!  A great service, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we needed a cat sitter.

Our lovely cat is a little challenging and refuses to go into a cattery but is absolutely delighted with Julie and so this provides us with the perfect solution when we are away. Julie keeps you informed all the time and sends wonderful videos of your pet and she will look after the safety of your house. We cannot recommend The Cat Butler Chichester highly enough.

Jane looked after my two picky Ragdoll cats for 2 weeks at a moment's notice. She was attentive and caring and the cats clearly loved her. She sent photos every day and sorted other things for me such as watering the plants. I had been a bit hesitant about not having someone to live in whilst I was away for such a long time but I now would have no qualms about leaving them again (if I had no choice) in Jane's capable hands.

I don't even know where to start with how amazing Julie is!
I am a pretty pathetic cat Mum to be honest, I worry about leaving my little fur-baby so much and Julie really did take all of my worries away!
I came back from nearly a 2 week trip to a very happy, extremely well looked after cat and a spotlessly clean flat. She took my post in and made the place look 'lived in' while I was away. I have a cat cam and could see how genuine Julie was with her and how much my cat loved having her there.
She sent me updates on how she was getting on every single day along with pictures and videos of her eating well and playing which was so lovely/ reassuring to see!
She came for a meet and greet about a week before I went away to check if my cat accepted her which she did straight away, unusual for her!
Genuinely lovely, fellow crazy-cat-lady who I would highly recommend and will be using again for all future holidays.
A far better alternative to catteries!
