We used The Cat Butler for the first time recently when we went on holiday to look after our two cats. It was a fantastic service, so reassuring to know your pets and house are being looked after while you are away and much less stressful for the cats than moving them to a cattery. Daily videos kept us fully up to date (and amused!) on both the cats and the house, lots of detail taken about the animals and their food preferences and any health issues, the post was brought in, dead mice cleared away, couldn’t ask for any more! We will certainly be long-term customers and use The Cat Butler now whenever we go away.

We receive regular video updates via WhatsApp when we're away, and online booking/payments mean everything is so easy to arrange.
