Anja - Owner of Lola & Sasha

Clare was the cat sitter for our girls, Sasha and Lola. We weren’t keen on the idea of a cattery as Sasha is a rescue cat with bad experiences in cages and can get quite stressed if she’s taken out of her home environment, so we set about looking for cat sitters. From the moment we met Clare we knew she’d take such good care of our kitties.  It was very reassuring receiving photos and videos on every visit. It’s evident that Clare has a real passion for cats. It is a big thing to let a stranger look after your house and pets but I can honestly say we did not worry once and trusted Clare implicitly. Thank you so much!

This was our first time using the Cat Butlers, the whole process from the very beginning has been wonderful! Clare and Jo are amazing and you can tell that they genuinely love animals. We were able to go away on our holiday feeling confident that our pets were in the best hands. Whilst away we had regular updates of photos and videos which was so lovely! We are truly grateful to Jo & Claire for looking after our kitties when we went away.

Everything was easy to arrange and the website portal is a brilliant way to share important information about our kitties. They visited daily, including the weekend & bank holiday.

Both of our kitties have very different personalities & Jo understood this & let the girls lead the way. We loved receiving our daily updates & could tell from the pictures that our kitties were genuinely cared for.

Jo and Clare looked after both our cats for 5 days whilst we went on a family trip. One of our cats has diabetes and has lots of medication to take - multiple local catteries have been unable to look after him as he gets too upset or places are not comfortable or able to provide insulin injections. I was at the vet where I found a leaflet for The Cat Butler- it was like finding Willy Wonka's golden ticket!

Before going away we had a visit with Clare who met the cats, and got to know our home and routines. When we went away Jo and Clare provided pictures of the cats and reassured us that Simba had his injection and tablets. We’ve come home and both cats are happy, the litter is fresh, and the post and bins are in.

I have never been away in the 13 years of owning a cat and felt so comfortable that they are being looked after and getting lots of love. Would recommend to everyone.

I had been struggling with what to do when going on holiday and didn't want to leave my cat in a cattery. I saw Clare and Jo in the paper and got in touch and it's the best thing I've done! They came for a meet and greet and I instantly felt at ease.

I've now had two trips away and Clare and Jo are now affectionately named cat 'aunties'. I had visits twice a day and received many pictures and videos of my cat that made me laugh. My cat was at ease and happy in the videos and upon returning, she was so relaxed having been able to stay in her own environment and spoilt rotten by her new aunties.

I would 1,000,000% recommend this service and the wonderful Clare and Jo. You can tell they absolutely adore cats and knowing someone is caring for your cat as you would is priceless. I will be using this service regularly and would urge anyone else to do the same. Thank you Clare and Jo!

Amazing! My timid cat that normally will not go to anyone except me, fell in love with them and even brushed up against them and let them fuss her. My husband saw the video and could not believe it. She is a cat whisperer! Cat so much less stressed when I came back- did not follow me constantly ( I think she had not missed me) but that is a good thing. 100% recommend this awesome service. Polytunnel watered as well.
