The service by Ferdi and Elisa was amazing. I had never left my cat before and had wavered between a cattery or keeping her at home. The team in Enfield went above and beyond. They came for an hour to meet my cat but also to understand her habits and feeding routine as well as my own security needs in terms of opening and closing windows, curtains and lights. There was then a detailed questionnaire.
The first visit included a security video as well as photos of my cat. Every day, morning and evening Elisa sent photos and videos and double checked with me on certain points. At the end of it all, I came home to a content, relaxed cat. I would definitely use them again without hesitation and will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you for a great service.

I found The Cat Butler (Fediye) on Nextdoor and thought that it would be a much better alternative to encaserating my fur babies in a cattery. I can honestly say that Ferdiye has a deep emotional connection with cats and my usually shy cats instantly took to her.
The twice daily visits and the videos/pictures the she sent was a complete game changer for me as the cats looked happy and relaxed and left us with peace of mind whilst we were away. I thourougly recomment the cat butler and will be using Ferdiye again in the near future.
