I had Kirstie looking after my cat Cheesoid over the Christmas holidays - this was the first time using The Cat Butler and I must say it is such a relief that a service like this even exists! I wasn't comfortable leaving Cheesoid at a cattery so knowing he would be in the comfort of his own home made me worry less about leaving him. Kirstie kept me updated about her visits, fed him as per my instructions and even cleaned out the litter box! My cat was looked after by Kirstie (The Cat Butler Brighton) for two and a half weeks in late August/September. The service was excellent and truly justifies the name! My cat is a rescue cat and can get a bit anxious while I'm away, but I needn't have worried - Kirstie gave him all the love and attention (and food) that he craved. I particularly appreciated Kirstie sending regular photo and video updates via WhatsApp, which made me feel reassured throughout. I am truly grateful, and have already booked Kirstie for my next holiday!

I've used The Cat Butler on several occasions. Kirstie visited my home and fed my cat, emptied the litter and just made sure everything was ok with our cat and the property. She sent me videos and kept me up to date when she went in. I felt more comfortable for my cat to stay at home rather than going to a cattery and wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.
