I've used The Cat Butler Radlett twice now to look after our two cats and cannot recommend Jane enough! She is simply fantastic and genuinely cares about the cats in her care. Even our grumpy three-legged ginger boy adores Jane, and he is not easy to please. The daily video updates are brilliant, and the added services of bins out, mail collection etc... a fabulous bonus.

Thank you so much Jane. Harry and Lucy look forward to seeing you again soon!

I cannot recommend The Cat Butler highly enough. As an older, set in his ways cat, I was originally anxious about leaving mine but I needn’t have worried: he was looked after amazingly by the Radlett/Watford Cat Butler. He was fed, he was groomed, he was played with and stroked, and he had time and affection given to him in the security of his home surroundings whilst we were away for four days. I was updated twice daily with videos and descriptions and I could see for myself what a brilliant time he was having, which really eased my mind. I also think that for the high level of service being provided, the cost is very reasonable. Every aspect of the service- from the online login and account to the set up phone calls and pre-visit, to the flexible and punctual responses inspire confidence that he would be in excellent hands- and he was!

This is the best cat sitting service we have used, and we will definitely be getting Jane to look after our 2 cats when we're next away. She is someone who clearly loves cats. The pre-visit / questionnaire was comprehensive and all possible detail about our cats' routines and what they do/don't like was asked about (and catered to). The daily written and video updates we received gave us peace of mind whilst we were away, and is not something that other cat sitters, from our experience, deliver on. Highly recommended.

This was our first time with the Cat Butler and we had superb service! The day before we were due to leave for a two week UK holiday, we had a last minute, and thankfully not critical, medical situation with one of my two cats (conjunctivitis in one of his eyes), *and long story short*, Jane was on hand to administer two sets of eye drops plus painkillers daily, and sometimes twice daily.

After we made a fleeting visit back home before the next leg of our staycation, I then noticed a possible infection in my cats other eye (arghhh) & via medical vet advice, Jane then had to look after his other eye!! So, from what should have been a straightforward cat visiting session, Jane turned into a superhero cat nurse!! Lots of videos & updates (especially about the eyes!) and the cat areas in the house were left clean & tidy. This experience has made me feel extremely confident in leaving my beloved cats with a Cat Butler (Thanks again Jane H) - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.
