We recently left our 1-year-old Bengal cat, Muffin, for the first time while we went on a 15-day vacation. As first-time pet owners, I was quite nervous about finding the right person to care for her. Thankfully, we found The Cat Butler and connected with Sharon.
From the very beginning, Sharon’s professionalism and experience put us at ease. She visited Muffin every day, feeding her, playing with her (even bringing along Muffin’s favorite toys!), and sending us plenty of photos and videos. She was always responsive and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
We feel so lucky to have found Sharon and couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a caring, reliable cat sitter!

For the first time we went away, we trusted Claire to look after our 6 months old kitten. We were somewhat anxious as she had never been alone for more than a few hours, but it couldn't have gone better.
Claire was so trustworthy, understanding, and showed a lot of knowledge about cats. I was 100% confident we were leaving our baby in good hands. During our absence, Claire sent us regular pictures and videos, showing how the apartment and kitten was. At first our kitten was a little shy, but eventually Claire managed to get her to cuddle and play, surely thanks to her calming presence. We were so happy and relieve to have found this safe and reliable option for when we have to leave our cat alone.

Sharon was amazing with our cat, she sent us pictures and videos of her everyday and kept us updated on how she was. She cleaned the litter tray everyday, and kept a close eye on how our cat was behaving. When we came home we could tell she had been well looked after. Thank you Sharon.

I was planning to go away during the half-term holiday for a few days and like many cat owners, I was worried about who could look after my cats during my absence. I did not want them to stay in a cattery and I had already thought not to leave anymore when I found a post on Facebook by Sharon Bonner who was announcing her new adventure as the owner of the Cat Butler Molesey.
Even though I did not know her personally I had always had very positive vibes from her posts on her Facebook group so I contacted her and what a blessing! Kind and professional even on the phone since the very first seconds of our conversation, she came to my house to get to know my cats and all their habits so that she could be ready to look after them when I was away.
What can I say? She meticulously paid attention to every little thing, she updated me every day with lots of pictures and videos to let me see how my "boys" were. She fed them, cleaned them and all the areas they could go roaming around, changed the litter trays, and cleaned the bowls. She even spoiled them by buying them some toys! Not to mention how much she cuddled and stroked them all the time!! I could not have asked for anything better than her. She is literally a Cat guardian angel
I deeply recommend her to everyone. She even left me a note to thank me for choosing her! I can only wish her all the best and hope that her business grows faster and faster because when you meet Sharon, you can easily feel that she really loves cats and this is not just a job for her but a Mission.
