Lara came to visit a couple of days during our holiday and we were over the moon seeing how relaxed and happy Ares was at our return. Lara provided a fantastic service while we were away for 2 weeks. We had peace of mind our cat was happy and content in his own home while we were away. The portal is very thorough, so whilst it took a while to fill out, it was reassuring to know every aspect of your cat and home's safety had been considered. Lara sent daily updates with photos and videos and I could see how happy my cat was with in her company. I think she had a lovely time! Thank you Lara, we will see you again!

I can’t fault the service we received from Lara and Sally. Our cats were fed well, played with and fussed over, and seemed really happy when we returned from holiday. We were sent daily updates, the litter tray was changed, bowls washed up, and even the bins were put out! It was so nice to come home to a clean and tidy house. 10/10 service.

We’ve had real trouble finding someone reliable to help look after our 2 special Maine Coon cats when we go away. Having discovered Lara and The Cat Butler, I was immediately impressed by the website, application process and just the amount of details I needed to provide before going away. This was followed by an in person visit where we went over all the details intimately so there’d be no problems.
Then, when away for a week, Lara visited regularly and gave our cats a ton of love and attention on top of helping handle all the key duties (feeding, litter etc). She spent time providing affection to the cats and sent the most amazing video updates and pictures too.
This is more than a “cat sitting” service. This is a very friendly, warm and unique service which allowed the cats to feel looked after whilst we were away. In addition, Lara helped ensure any mess was cleared up as an extra!!! (Maine coons can leave behind quite the mess!) Thank you so much Lara. Super impressed with the whole service from start to finish. Brisket and Sushi will miss you but they’ll get to see you again next time we go away.

We are really pleased with the service we received from Lara at The Cat Butler. She is very friendly and informative, and it is clear she absolutely loves taking care of animals which was incredibly reassuring for us. Our cats are a little shy however Lara was able to get them both to come down for food and even have a little play with some toys. We really liked that Lara sent us photos of the cats along with an update each time she visited. The pricing from The Cat Butler is very reasonable considering the excellent service provided. We will absolutely be contacting Lara next time we are going away.
