Well what can I say about Rachel, The Cat Butler? Quite simply: amazing! It is very upsetting leaving your beloved kitties at home, alone, but Rachel exudes such professionalism and attention to detail, any worries immediately disappear, leaving you relaxed and able to enjoy your time away.
Rachel is super focused on understanding the unique needs of each cat, as well as giving your home that much needed attention should you require a little helping hand, such as watering plants, attending to lights and curtains, and even bins. I will definitely be asking Rachel to return to care for my kitties and I would urge you to do the same.

Discovered the Cat Butler when searching for someone to look after my Bengal cat. Ludo is a happy social boy but quite high maintenance. Rachel was a perfect fit for us. She had a meet up with Ludo before we left and it was clear that Rachel was caring and very professional. We then had to amend our booking as we had to attend my mother's funeral in Scotland. With the cat butler looking after Ludo, I was able to concentrate on the passing of my mum.
Rachel kept us posted with videos and updates. When Ludo had any issues she would send updates to discuss how we best move forward. I'm sure ludo was waiting for her to arrive this morning as they clearly had lots of playtime fun. Can't thank Rachel enough. Will definitely use cat butler again and can't recommend her enough. Oh my goodness what can I say about Rachel - she is amazing, kind, trustworthy… my cat Ash loved her and I was worried he would be hiding for two weeks … oh no first day he was playing, chatting and looking for lots of strokes !
