Having left my cat Oscar in the hands of Julie (his cat butler) several times now I can honestly say that she is absolutely brilliant! Oscar loves her and she takes great care of him. He gets lots of attention from being played with to being groomed and I get lots of photo updates showing just how much he is not missing me!

Excellent service which I found some months ago when I needed help with my cats after an operation. I used them again recently and couldn't wish for better. Photos of the cats were sent to me after each visit. I found this reassuring as the cats looked so relaxed and their usual selves. If you are going away use The Cat Butler to look after your cats - you won't regret it.

This was my first experience using the Littlehampton Butler service with Julie and Keith. I will definitely be using the service again. From the outset, Julie demonstrated her professionalism as well as a genuine understanding of cat behaviour. Throughout my holiday, Julie sent twice daily videos and photos and updates. When I got home, the place was spotless, the litter tray was changed. It was a huge reassurance to me to know that my cat was being so well taken care of. This is a very professional and unique service and the thoroughness and diligence of their approach is commendable. I have no qualms about recommending this service to cat parents in West Sussex. Your cat will be in the safest of hands.

Having recently moved I was looking for a new cat sitter for my two cats. I’m delighted to have found Julie and her team at The Cat Butler Chichester. They are certainly a cut above previous cat sitters, going beyond the basics and clearly genuinely loving cats and understanding the concerns of cat owners. It was great to receive daily photos and/or videos. It was clear that the cats had bonded with their ‘butler’ which took away the stress of leaving them.

We cannot recommend Julie The Cat Butler enough, she has truly been a godsend. On a previous holiday, we left our 2 precious young cats at a cattery and they hated it, we swore we would never do that again to them. We thankfully heard about the Cat Butler and felt very comfortable to leave them at home, but in her care straight away. Our cats adored her (they can be shy but not with her), and she showed them so much love and care whilst we were away for 10 days. Julie even fed our daughters goldfish too whilst we were away. Every day, we received a wonderful WhatsApp message with an update, videos, and photos. We will always use Julie The Cat Butler for any holidays and breaks we take from now on.

Brilliant service from Julie. My elderly girl, Pebbles, had a great time with her whilst I was away for a week. I didn't need to worry about a thing. Julie visited twice a day to feed, give medication, groom and spend time with Pebbles. Julie sent lovely videos to show what they were doing and I could see that Pebbles was very happy. I've just got home and have already booked Julie again. Happy Pebbles = happy me!

Very happy with Julie from The Cat Butler. She came for a pre-visit to meet me and my cat. Explained her services and happily answered my questions. Julie was happy with my requests of closing the curtains for nighttime and leaving a lamp on, I was only away overnight but came back to a happy well fed cat, and everywhere was clean and tidy. I would definitely use her again.
