In this article:

6 months ago today I joined The Cat Butler. I bought the franchise in Molesey, Surrey and it was honestly the best thing I have ever done.

What’s not to love? To date, I have 107 kitty clients and 71 human customers!

It has been crazy, fun, tiring but fulfilling, and I wouldn't change a thing.

In the last 6 months, I have been building a solid base of customers and am now getting regular bookings which is great as it proves what I do is appreciated and that people trust me with their most precious things, their homes and their fur babies!

Sharon Bonner joined The Cat Butler franchise 6 months ago and is loving every second of being a Cat Butler

When I first started this adventure I had so many questions:

  • Can I earn a living? YES! I have made my investment back more than twice over in 6 months!
  • Will I get any customers? YES, The success of the brand and the startup PR and marketing has meant that I have constant enquiries!
  • Can I run a business? YES, The help and support from The Cat Butler team have spurred me on every step of the way. No question is silly and help is always at hand.

The next step is recruiting a team of Cat Butlers to help me as there are not enough hours in the day for me to do it alone anymore!

I have loved every second of the last 6 months and can't wait for the next leg of the adventure.

The Cat Butler was set up by Sandra James in recognition of the fact that a stay in a cattery can be unsettling for many cats and also their owners.
