Would highly recommend Sarah. She has such a genuine loving nature and treated our 3 with such care and attention. Managing one cat can be hard but three different personalities is another matter! Each were given so much love, care and attention!
While we were away we received regular updates, photos and videos of how they were getting on, putting our minds at ease. The online portal is brilliant! Being able to add information for each cat, any medical problems, vets details, and other useful information plus emergency contact details too.
The two elderly girls took to Sarah straight away, one can be very grouchy but showed no sign of her grumpy old lady cat ways... a great sign she too trusted Sarah. While our younger tom cat had Sarah wrapped around his paw! Again, he too received plenty of cuddles and fuss.
We came home to three happy cats and spotless home too! It is such a relief to find someone caring, trustworthy and reliable to look after our cats while we were away and we cannot thank Sarah enough. We will definitely be booking again!!
