We have an older cat (14) with kidney disease who recently lost her brother to the same illness, and requires daily medication, so I was very nervous about going away, even for a few days. This was the first trip in 14 years where she was alone at home, and I was anxious that she would be lonely. All I can say is that Jane is definitely a cat whisperer! Our cat is temperamental at the best of times, but in a day or two she was playing and cuddling with Jane - something very unusual for her with strangers.
Jane gave us regular updates via WhatsApp - a feature I loved - and spent time getting to know and engaging with our cat. Our fur baby, and our house, were in good hands while we were away, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip. We would highly recommend Cat Butler services, and particularly Jane, who we have booked up for our next two trips. Thank you Jane!
