Alex was my cat Winnie’s “Butler” from when we relocated to Ringwood. It was crucial for me to find someone trustworthy and caring for him due to his nervous disposition and my regular work travel. We could not have had a better cat sitter than Alex. Her regular updates reassured me as well as being bright spots on my travels. I loved seeing Winnie so relaxed with her. Sadly Winnie had to cross the rainbow bridge recently. I’m heartbroken but so grateful for the support Alex has given me and the love and care she always showed Winnie.

Five stars are not even close, Alex was presented with the challenge of looking after our seven year old rescue cat. She absolutely nailed that challenge. This was the first time ever that our cat was looked after by a non family member. She is a very nervous cat who can be scared of her own shadow. I half expected her to be hiding in our house whenever there was a visit from Alex.
What Alex managed was nothing short of miraculous. We know this because we had twice daily video updates of a very contented purring cat, sat on her lap or rolling around on the rug playing. For the week that we were away we knew our cat was safe, properly fed and watered, a clean litter tray, a safe house and also a watered vegetable and flower garden. A true revelation for us to find a solution for looking after our cat when we go away. Worth every penny and I would recommend her to anyone else!!

Alex provides a professional, first class service and took great care of our two ragdolls. From the moment we met her at the meet and greet, she set our minds at ease with her kind and friendly nature. Our ragdolls are our family and and they warmed to Alex straight away. Whilst we were away, Alex sent us videos and photos of the cats and the house, so we could see how well they were doing.

Alex came in twice a day to feed and inject one of my cats as she is diabetic. I have no complaints whatsoever as she was on time, the injections went well and she spent some time with the cats too. A nice touch is the videos and photos she sent. I won’t hesitate to rely on Alex again when we go away.
