Alex provides a professional, first class service and took great care of our two ragdolls. From the moment we met her at the meet and greet, she set our minds at ease with her kind and friendly nature. Our ragdolls are our family and and they warmed to Alex straight away. Whilst we were away, Alex sent us videos and photos of the cats and the house, so we could see how well they were doing.

Alex came in twice a day to feed and inject one of my cats as she is diabetic. I have no complaints whatsoever as she was on time, the injections went well and she spent some time with the cats too. A nice touch is the videos and photos she sent. I won’t hesitate to rely on Alex again when we go away.
