Mel was great and Biggy was very happy and relaxed when we arrived home, so she certainly enjoyed having Mel looking after her. Mel would send me photos and videos every day of Biggy to let me know that everything was fine. The Cat Butler team have always been extremely efficient and reliable. They are always professional and organised and I highly recommend them.

Wonderful Cat Butler service by Kaye. She communicated daily to let us know how things were with our three cats, which meant we could relax while away, knowing they were in good hands and getting loads of cuddles and attention. There is also peace of mind with someone in and out of the house for extra security! Highly recommend!!

We have used The Cat Butler several times and will continue to do so. Having looked at some fairly depressing “cat hotels,” we decided that it would be kinder to let our cat staycation at home. We get regular daily updates, pictures and videos and feel assured our cat is in safe hands. Cost-wise, a cat hotel is similar (cheaper in some circumstances), but knowing our cat is at home and on familiar grounds works much better. Our cat seems happy with that arrangement too!

This was our first time using The Cat Butler, and I was not disappointed. Kaye took the time to meet with me prior to us going on holiday to meet our very demanding Bengal cat. She asked lots of questions to really understand Berlioz and his routine, what toys he likes to play with, and the details about the house. While we were away, Kaye would send detailed updates and videos, so we didn't worry about him. We knew he was in safe hands and that Kaye was going above and beyond to ensure he was safe and cared for. Berlioz tends to take time to warm up to new people, but it was an instant friendship with Kaye due to her natural way with cats! She now has a friend for life. Thank you so much, Kaye!

Kaye has been cat-sitting for the past five days. I was very pleased to see she established a rapport with my cat the first time they met. My cat is not usually good with strangers! She fed my cat twice daily and put the necessary medication into her food as required. Without being asked, Kaye also did some washing up and emptied the bins. It is so much better for the cats to be living at home than at a cattery while we are away, and they get some attention twice a day; plus, The Cat Butler will open and close curtains, put the bins out etc., to make your home look lived in. The cost is similar to a cattery stay for our two cats, so it is a no-brainer. They also send you photos and videos regularly. They even had to take one of the cats to the vet, no problem.
