Fantastic - our Cat Butler Lucy was wonderful! She clearly loves and understands the fickle nature of cats, and Socks, who can be notoriously unfriendly, seemed to take to Lucy straight off. I didn't realise how much the whole family and I would enjoy and be reassured by the photos she sent every day. A happy cat at home (not in a cattery) made for an even happier family holiday.

This was the first time Lucy took care of Satine, and she did a great job! Lucy came to our house a couple of weeks beforehand to meet Satine first and go through her routine. Satine is a senior little lady who is almost 17, so she requires medication twice daily. You can tell Lucy loves cats just as much as us, so we knew Satine would be in good hands and giving her medicine was not a problem for Lucy. Lucy sent us updates and photos throughout our holiday, so we felt like we could enjoy our holiday knowing our little fur bear was in good hands! Thank you so much to Lucy and The Cat Butler team, and we will definitely be using the service again for our next holiday!

Natalie gave a fantastic service in looking after our male tabby and ragdoll cats. She kept us updated about them every day and we could tell that they were very content and chilled on our return.
