We recently used Sam at The Cat Butler Thame to look after our two cats while we were away, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Our girls can be quite fussy but also very affectionate, and Sam clearly took the time to understand their personalities and needs. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing they were in such caring and capable hands, which meant we could truly relax and enjoy our trip.
Sam went above and beyond not only caring for our cats but also looking after our home. The daily updates were wonderful - we loved receiving photos and videos showing just how happy and relaxed our girls were. It was so reassuring to see them being so well cared for.

They take such good care of him and always send us detailed update messages after each visit with information on both Leo and our house. From initial enquiry to home visit to the actual cat sitting I have been super impressed by Andy and Sam at the Cat Butler Thame. Their online portal allows you to fill out all sorts of information about your cats, home, routines and even some pictures. This ensures all parties understand everything.
During the cat sitting itself we were provided with daily updates via whats app including pictures and videos. Andy went out of this way to seek out the cats to ensure they had some human time each day. He was also super helpful in collecting up the mail and any parcels.
Despite being based in Thame they happily cover our area.
I would thoroughly recommend the services of The Cat Butler. We look forward to using them time and time again.
