The Cat Butler service is absolutely amazing! Suzy is a fantastic friend to our cats - nothing is too much trouble and she looks after them very well indeed. On the few days she wasn’t available, Jen has also looked after our two to the same high standard.
They send you daily pictures and updates to let you know that your fur babies are safe and well. They pet and play with them and are never late for meal times. They also leave everything exceptionally tidy! We really couldn’t ask for a better service and will be using them for a long time to come!

A massive thank you to Gillian in Woking who looked after our 3 cats. Daily pics and videos kept our minds at ease over the Xmas period. And taking time out to check in on the cats on xmas day was an absolute bonus!! We came back to a very happy, relaxed house. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Jen is amazing. I can’t rate her more highly. Right from the beginning she was friendly and warm, meaning that we felt very comfortable having her look after our two fur babies. Our cats have a lot of character, but need time usually to warm up to people. Not with Jen though! They took to her right away.
She was very communicative too, messaging after each visit to share updates and photos/videos. It was great to know that they were getting lots of cuddles. Jen is a very safe pair of hands to look after your cats and we look forward to her looking after our cats again the next time we go away.
