We have two cats, one of whom is an insulin-dependent diabetic and so requires some very specific extra medical care. Our Cat Butler rose to the occasion magnificently being capable, trustworthy and someone who obviously loves cats. It gave us such peace of mind to receive the twice-daily updates with videos and photos and to know that the cats were being cared for with such devotion. I highly recommend this outstanding service.

Jo and Clare provide an excellent service and our cat loves them both. It's genuinely as close to taking your cat with you on holiday as it gets. They sent photos and videos of Alfie doing everything he likes doing and they really got to know him. They gave him so much attention that when we came back we found a calm, relaxed and pampered prince. We can't praise them highly enough.

I could not have asked for better cat sitters than Jo and Clare. They clearly love animals and went above and beyond to make sure my cat was well looked after. They are reliable, communicative and trustworthy. A fantastic, supportive service. Throughout our holiday they kept us updated with daily photos/short movies of our cat and messages. When we returned our home was impeccable, all the cat bowls were washed and topped up with food. Our cat looked happy too. I would recommend them to anyone Thank you Jo and Clare.

Great service from Clare and Jo at The Cat Butler! They are both super reliable and so good with our 3 cats. After years of cat sitters who were literally at the house for 2 minutes, it’s so nice to know that the cats are getting some tickles and fuss every day as well as their meals.
