Our experience with The Cat Butler Thame has been a very positive one. We haven't used a cat sitting service before, previously relying on family or neighbours when we went on holiday.

We had very good updates whilst we were away, knowing that in addition to our cat being fed, he was getting lots of kind and loving attention. We cannot thank The Cat Butler - Thame enough for caring for Sushi so well while we were away this summer. Having been moved around a lot as a kitten before reaching us, we were keen for Sushi to be cared for in our home, so it was great to discover Gawcott within The Cat Butler’s remit. Sushi can take a while to come out of her shell, but Lucy and Sam took so much care to get to know her and adapt to her quirks.

It was very reassuring to receive daily photo and video updates and see she was absolutely fine. We were also delighted by the extra touches - caring for our tropical fish and house plants, taking care of the post - but also planning exciting activities to keep Sushi entertained, such as the treasure hunts! Sam, The Cat Butler, looked after my 2 cats whilst on holiday (Sept 2024). I had never left them at home with someone coming in before, but meeting Sam beforehand put me right at ease. She sent daily updates, photos and videos which were greatly appreciated! The cats were so well looked after getting treats and lots of fuss. Sam looked after the house as well doing curtains, picking up post etc... all at no extra cost!
