The Cat Butler Thame are absolutely wonderful, we couldn’t speak more highly about them. We went away for just over two weeks and leaving our two cats for that long made us really nervous. They hate catteries and we didn’t want to put them through that so we found out about The Cat Butler.

Even from the first meeting with Sam & Andy our minds were put at ease…they are clearly cat people! Twice a day we got the most wonderful updates and it really allowed us to enjoy our time away, and we looked forward to our messages from them everyday. Even our cat who is exceptionally shy and doesn’t usually come out for anyone but us, trusted them, and came out from her hiding places to say hello!

We could not have been more pleased. They also took excellent care of our little leopard gecko and our home. We will only ever use The Cat Butler Thame going forward, they are fantastic!

Andy from The Cat Butler in Thame came to look after Ruby Tuesday, my elderly (but very lively) cat for a week. From the first meeting we all got along so well, I felt Ruby was completely safe and would be very happy while I was away. Amazingly it seems the Cat Butler has people who are as dotty about cats as we are.

Cat Butler Sam from Thame / Aylesbury came to visit ours in Wingrave and looked after them brilliantly. As well as feeding twice a day, this included dealing with litter trays, and topping up water fountain. She’d even have watered house plants if we’d needed her to.

Most importantly she sent pics and videos and so we have evidence that she talked to our girls just like we do. We were impressed by security arrangements and the amount of info taken in advance. We hate leaving our cats who we adore but this really gave us peace of mind.
