Absolutely excellent service from The Cat Butler Radlett. Jane looked after our 3 kitties for 10 days and had an instant bond with all 3 of them from the outset. They came to greet her every day when she came. We got pictures and videos sent daily, she spent a lot of time with them playing and grooming.
Jane's knowledge and love for cats shows the first time you speak to or meet her, and she has an amazing attention to detail when it comes to the kitties needs. We have already booked her service's again and can not recommend it enough. If you are going away and you want someone you can trust to look after your little kitties then this is the place for you.

Jane (The Cat Butler) is absolutely fantastic. She has looked after our cat multiple times, but I thought I must write a new review because she really does go above and beyond. Not only do I know my cat is well looked after when I’m away but Jane always keeps in contact with photos and videos so I can see how she’s getting on.
Above this, she has fixed our door, saved a Guosto delivery and even moved our car to prevent us getting a fine (with our permission). We couldn’t ask for a better service and would 100% recommend the Cat Butler to anyone!! You know that they genuinely care for your animals and I wouldn’t want to move house purely because I don’t think I’d get a better service anywhere. Thank you so much!!!
