So pleased we engaged the services of The Cat Butler Chesham - such a great service from start to finish. Initial onboarding was explained clearly and what we had to do to get set up on the portal. Once that was done, there was a quick meet and greet session to explain various things and meet the cats in question. Every day we were away we received a comprehensive update about how the cats were including photos which was lovely. Felt very happy the cats were in their own environment and being looked after so well and with the added benefit of having the house looked after too.
