The Cat Butler Thame (Sam & Andy) provide a truly 5 star experience. We chose Sam & Andy after our usual cat sitter moved away and with a new kitten we were nervous about being away. From the first meeting we knew that our fur babies were in safe hands. They are the most friendly cat loving people you will ever meet! After each visit (twice a day) we received videos, photos (example shown) and an update on both cats and our home.
We would not hesitate to recommend them. We already have them booked again and may well go away a little more often now!

Can highly recommend The Cat Butler, Thame - Sam and Andy provided an excellent service for our elderly female cat, who is definitely better off in her own home. We used The Cat Butler Thame for the first time last week to look after our cat Gary while we were on holiday. The process was very thorough, including the online portal where we uploaded information regarding Gary and his requirements, in advance of our trip. We met Sam and Andy prior to going away which was very useful. Gary took to them straight away! Andy visited Gary every day and sent us updates with photos and videos which reassured us that he was well and being cared for. Gary was so much happier being in his own home compared to when he returned from the cattery where he can be unsettled for several days. We were very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely use The Cat Butler again.

The Cat Butler Thame provided a great service looking after our cats whilst we were away on holiday. Sam really took the time to get to know them at the consultation visit and to understand their routine. During our holiday, Sam kept us updated with how they were doing with videos, photos and messages, which made us feel they were being really well cared for. Overall a great service that we'd highly recommend.

Recommended, would happily book again with Sam at The Cat Butler, Thame. We wouldn't have gone on holiday this year if we hadn't felt comfortable, 'cos of where our special little cat is at health-wise. V impressed with how relaxed Saffs looked in a video sent by Sam. Medicine-giving success!
Sam also took time getting to know the other 2 small furries in the house. I liked the consistency of time spent at visits, that the intro session was unrushed. And the online booking system: that Sam could come back to us in her time and confirm if a 3rd morning visit was available (it was).
