I booked with Jo to take care of my two cats while me and my son went on a short holiday. Jo was absolutely wonderful with my cats, you can clearly see she is a cat lover. I recieved pictures and videos on each visit to them, 6 in total, and they looked very happy and enjoyed their fusses and time with Jo while I was away. Will be booking again for any future holidays.

We used The Cat Butler Derby for 2 visits per day over 4 days whilst on holiday and were very impressed. They are naturals with cats and their service included an individual WhatsApp group for us where they checked in on every visit with photos & videos of our cat & his feeds and even unboxed my food delivery for me which wasn't part of their job but shows their willingness to help!
Will definitely use again for our next trip away!
