We came across The Cat Butler Enfield at the very last minute prior to our trip and contacted Ferdiye. We were absolutely over the moon when she accepted our request to look after our cat! Despite the short notice, she booked a visit to our house that exact same day, was extremely polite, and thoroughly introduced us to her services. Most importantly, she was so loving towards our Ragdoll.
She was incredibly respectful, pleasant to talk to, and you can just tell she genuinely loves what she does. She kept in touch with us while we were away and kept us updated on every visit. Honestly, if you are going away and worried about leaving your precious little ones, don't be. Ferdi made the whole process so easy for me, with a new kitty only recently added to the mix, I was very apprehensive, but the communication and care was above and beyond. My cats are not easily pleased, but Ferdi had them eating out of the palm of her hand, literally. Her perseverance with them was just amazing and it really showed how deeply she cares for cats. She really cared about us as a family, making the time to go away and enjoy ourselves too, constantly reassuring me.
