Ferdiye is excellent. She took care of our elderly cat over the Easter weekend whilst we went away. He had some medical needs and she confidently administered his meds perfectly. He was spoilt rotten with games and attention. Her communication is excellent and it's nice to know your house is safe as well as your furry friend.
Would highly recommend and use again.

What can I say about Ferdi from the cat butler Enfield. What an amazing kind person that looked after my cat for a week. She truly was the best. Updates and pictures throughout her visits to make my mind peaceful. I would totally recommend her and will be using her again.

Honestly, if you are going away and worried about leaving your precious little ones, don't be. Ferdi made the whole process so easy for me, with a new kitty only recently added to the mix, I was very apprehensive, but the communication and care was above and beyond. My cats are not easily pleased, but Ferdi had them eating out of the palm of her hand, literally. Her perseverance with them was just amazing and it really showed how deeply she cares for cats. She really cared about us as a family, making the time to go away and enjoy ourselves too, constantly reassuring me.
It is such a relief to have this service locally, The Enfield Cat Butler, is kind, caring, professional, respectful and amazing with cats. I could not have asked for more.
