I can't recommend The Cat Butler highly enough. We went away for my daughter's wedding and left three rather nervous kitties in the very capable hands of Jane. Jane went in twice a day and spent quality time with them, playing with them and sending me videos and updates every day. She had them eating out of her hand, literally! One of my boys is an ex-feral and I was worried he would hide and hiss at her, he did neither! Be assured that if you use The Cat Butler both your home and cats are in very safe hands!

I am so thankful I heard about The Cat Butler before I went on holiday this year. It was the first time leaving my kitty (a year and a half) on her own for a week whilst I went away. I really didn’t want to put her in a cattery so was looking for an alternative and came across Jane. I cannot express enough what an incredible service she provides. I felt completely at ease whilst I was away, getting daily videos/pics and updates. The price is very reasonable and I cannot recommend the cat butler enough. It isn’t just her job, it’s her lifestyle. She will absolutely spoil your kitties and keep them company whilst you’re away. Jane was attentive to our cats’ needs, especially one who requires twice daily medication, and sent us daily videos to update us on the cats’ welfare and house. She was able to gain the trust of one of our cats who is wary of strangers and give her head and chin rubs. We were delighted to see from the videos that our cats were calm and relaxed and our home was safe. Absolutely a 5-star service and a lifesaver. I was due to go on holiday but one of my cats became unwell with a UTI and needed extra attention and medications. It was a last-minute request and Jane came the next day to meet me and my cats. She was very knowledgeable and I could see already the cats would be comfortable with her. Whilst I was away Jane sent me daily updates with pictures and videos. She even had to get more medication from the vets for me and more litter from the shops. With one of my cats being unwell, The Cat Butler really gave me peace of mind thus enabling me to relax and fully enjoy my holiday. I have 5 cats and Jane got on with all of them. I called her the cat whisperer Thank you once again. I couldn't have gone away without you.
