He was fed, he was groomed, he was played with and stroked, and he had time and affection given to him in the security of his home surroundings whilst we were away for four days. I was updated twice daily with videos and descriptions and I could see for myself what a brilliant time he was having, which really eased my mind. I also think that for the high level of service being provided, the cost is very reasonable. Every aspect of the service- from the online login and account to the set up phone calls and pre-visit, to the flexible and punctual responses inspire confidence that he would be in excellent hands- and he was!
