This was our first time going away on holiday since welcoming our young rescue cat, Penelope, into our home. Understandably, we were quite anxious about leaving her, especially given her traumatic past and sensitive nature. Jenny is, without a doubt, a true cat person. She instantly understood Penny’s needs and temperament and approached her with such calm, care and empathy. It was so reassuring to see how gently and patiently she interacted with her.

Throughout our time away, Jenny kept us updated every day with thoughtful messages and photos, which brought so much comfort. It meant the world to know that Penelope was not just being looked after, but genuinely cared for. We came home to a happy, relaxed cat, a true testament to the love and attention Jenny gave her. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to trust Jenny again. Highly, highly recommended!

This has been such a positive and lovely experience! Jen has looked after my nearly 10 year old cat in our home for four days and it's the first time we've done it this way rather than a cattery. It's been fabulous!

I've received pictures of a visibly very happy and content cat twice per day and Jen is a delight to deal with! Can't recommend her enough. The Cat Butler system of thoroughly gather information beforehand is very reassuring and gives confidence that everything is in hand.

We recently used Jen (The Cat Butler Weybridge) to look after our two cats. The whole experience was excellent - from the initial visit to meet us, understand the cats and the feeding requirements it gave us reasurrance and confidence they'd be well looked after.

Jen communicated with us every day sending a video and picture (which was a nice touch). We had a technical issue with the automatic feeder, and Jen was brilliant helping us to fix this. It was like having a family member look after them which allowed us to enjoy the holiday. We will definitely be using again in the future. Thanks Jen!
