The Cat Butler Rossendale is proud to support Kitty Rescue Bury's compassionate volunteers who tirelessly work to rescue and rehome cats. Our contributions to their fundraising raffles are just one way we help ensure cats like Skip and Lou find their happy forever homes.

A social media plea caught my eye, calling on local businesses to pitch in prizes for raffles and fundraising events to support Kitty Rescue Bury. This non-profit, run by a passionate crew of volunteers, goes above and beyond to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home cats in need. providing all the vet care that is needed, This is very costly and all funded by kind-hearted donations.

Skip and Lou had a horrific start being rescued from a skip

These donations mean that Kitty Rescue Bury can carry on their valuable work giving cats a new start in life, like Skip and Lou who had a horrific start being rescued from a skip after losing their siblings and their mum was nowhere to be found.

They spent a lot of time in foster getting the much needed TLC they needed. We are happy to report that they settled wonderfully into their forever home and are still as inseparable as ever! As you can see they’ve grown into two gorgeous cats, a far cry from the neglected, underweight kittens they started as.

After a long time in foster care, Skip and Lou are happily settled together in their forever home
