The Cat Butler Welcomes Its Largest Franchise Training Cohort

Last month The Cat Butler welcomed seven new franchisees to HQ for its biggest induction training cohort to date.

Over three packed days, the new business owners took part in a structured training programme designed to prepare them for launching their own The Cat Butler territories. Sessions covered brand standards, operations, marketing strategy and the commercial foundations needed to build a successful local business.

The final day focused on Cat First Aid training, ensuring every franchisee has the confidence and knowledge to respond calmly and professionally in any situation.

Before arriving at HQ, each franchisee had also spent time shadowing an existing The Cat Butler franchise owner, giving them valuable real-world insight into delivering the premium service our clients expect.

This induction marks the beginning of their journey as The Cat Butler business owners, with ongoing support provided before launch and as their territories grow.
