The Cat Butler is delighted to announce the continued growth of its franchise network with the arrival of Muna Shah, who will be bringing gold-standard cat care to Broxbourne, Hatfield, Hertford  Knebworth, Potters Bar, Waltham Cross and Welwyn Garden City.

Muna joins The Cat Butler after a successful career in higher education, having worked as a careers officer at the University of Hertfordshire. Motivated by a lifelong love of cats and a desire to run her own business, Muna saw The Cat Butler as the perfect opportunity to combine passion with purpose. “It just clicked,” she says of discovering the brand. “The focus on putting cats first really stood out to me.”

Now fully trained and part of the wider Cat Butler family, Muna offers professional in-home cat sitting services tailored to each cat’s needs – from feeding and playtime to medication and home security checks. She's also actively preparing to become a Scan Angel to support lost cats in her community and has plans to build strong connections with local rescues.
