From Sales and Marketing to Cat Sitting Business Owner

Ferdiye brings more than 35 years of experience in sales and marketing to her new venture, combining strong business knowledge with a genuine passion for animal care.

While her professional life has always been busy, her love of animals, particularly cats, has always been close to her heart.

Growing up, Ferdiye was only allowed to have budgies, but she naturally gravitated towards the pets of friends and neighbours. She quickly became the person everyone called when they needed help caring for their cats, spending hours feeding, playing with and comforting them.

Those early experiences sparked a passion that never left her.

A Lifelong Love of Cats

At the age of 23, Ferdiye finally welcomed her very first cat into her own home, something she had always dreamed of.

Since then, cats have been a constant source of companionship, calm and happiness in her life. She believes that growing up with pets teaches children important lessons in empathy, responsibility and unconditional love.

At the centre of Ferdiye’s feline family today is Luca, her two year old Siberian cat.

Luca has played a special role in inspiring her new business. Like many cat owners, Ferdiye understands how difficult it can be to leave a beloved pet behind when travelling.

“Cats are territorial and dislike change. Each one has its own personality, routines and favourite places,” Ferdiye explains.
